Good luck today for GCSE results, make the best of what you have

Every year both surprise and as expected GCSE results send people's imaginations racing. The potential new options, maybe the need to change plans or find alternative routes, either way its the start of changing times for many households.

Whatever the situation, you want to make the best out of what you have, and if you let worry or anxiety get the best of you it could limit your thinking about a range of options or prevent decision making, potentially meaning missing out on opportunities. For example I have had one client who did so well in exams, but worry of going to a bigger different place for new educational experiences was holding them back... But now is excited & planning lots of additional opportunities too!

To make sure you give yourself and or/child the best outcomes, do something to help you stay calm and positive. Stay confident about the future. Do seek advice for options, if you need to and you will be pleasantly surprised.

For specific help solution focused hypnotherapists help with anxiety, stress, exam nerves and confidence.

Excellence is a habit

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."-Aristotle

Have a think about what you repeatedly do and that you want to continue, and do more of that! And become excellent!!

Anything you repeatedly do that you wish you didn't? Recognising those habits, the triggers and remembering at this point you can choose how you act, helps change the habit. Small steps towards this are just as significant and just stopping. Be pleased with your positive changes.
