So with these studies in mind you need to ask yourself where does your motivation lie? Gardening, dancing, housework or are you a gym bunny? What ever form of exercise you prefer you can be sure your motivation to maintain the mental and physical benefits of exercise will be so much easier if you find the thing you love.
