Our mental resilience, motivation, habits and ability to maintain control over our own behaviour, are all factors which determine our success in achieving our goals.
Weight and health effects the individuals personal metal wellbeing, their energy levels and the business through their attendance levels and productivity.
For the goal of loosing weight, the link between reducing stress and mental willpower has been shown through several different studies. For example the body, in certain stressful situations will desire and store fats. On other occasions, certain situations or environments can effect your resilience and motivation to eat healthily (ie emotional eating, social eating, studying, stressful work/life situations), or habitual eating.
One-to-one sessions are available for weight management or making health changes. Sessions are designed to boost participant's motivation, self confidence/esteem and help deal with the situations that tend to slip us up along the way. I will teach participants the tools and process to be able to maintain this healthier mental and physical lifestyle for themselves in the future.
